I just warped in the town to check on something and my game crashed. Now I can't take my character out of there (same way as happened to Roland)

I too tried to reset possition via control panel on the site but I got an "unautorized" message and was redirected to front page.

Can you please move my character Karn back to prontera? I'd really appreciatte it?

(btw, maybe you should make a list of "unsafe" places while things get sorted out)

You may want to verify the integrity of your game installation.
